The Diverse Clothing online shop is available in Greece, and contracts through the store are conducted in Greek and English. By selecting a language, you confirm your understanding (reading and writing). Use of the store by minors or legally incapacitated individuals is prohibited.

Upon entering, you declare that you are an adult with legal capacity and agree not to allow the use of your credentials by minors or legally incapacitated individuals. In case of misuse of your credentials, you will be held personally responsible. Please follow basic online transaction safety guidelines.

By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agreed to the terms and conditions of our online store, which are detailed below and in the Privacy Policy section. If you disagree with any of these terms, please contact us before proceeding with your order.

You can access most areas of the website without registering your details. However, certain areas are accessible only after registration. We may modify these terms from time to time without notice, and you should frequently check for updates. Your continued use of the website after changes are published indicates your binding acceptance of the updated terms. Any changes do not apply to orders already placed.

Diverse Clothing reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue parts or all of its services without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Account Creation (My Account)

To access certain services, users may be asked to provide their details to obtain a password. These details must always be truthful, accurate, valid, and complete.

We recommend creating a "My Account" at Diverse Clothing's online shop, as registered users can enjoy the following benefits:

  • Easier order placement
  • Save favorite products in the wish list
  • Store shipping address in the address book for faster checkout
  • Access to order and return information

Users are responsible for all activities conducted with their password and must immediately notify Diverse Clothing of any unauthorized use or potential security breach. This information is not disclosed to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy section.

Diverse Clothing is not liable for any damage caused by unauthorized or illegal use of the password by third parties due to leakage or for any other reason. Diverse Clothing reserves the right to seek compensation from users in case of damages due to unauthorized or illegal use of the password. Diverse Clothing may refuse or cancel access to services at any time in case of a violation of these Terms of Use.

Prices

Prices listed on the website include VAT. Offers are valid until stock lasts. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

Orders

Purchases from Diverse Clothing’s e-shop constitute a distance sale contract regulated by Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can place an order via the online order process.

Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. The e-shop team will check product availability on the first business day after your order.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY

Diverse Clothing does not have access to your bank data and does not store any information related to your bank or credit card. Therefore, please enter your payment details with each order you place with us.

Diverse Clothing will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) that a member may suffer due to unauthorized use of their card.

Diverse Clothing is not liable for any damage that may occur to your computer equipment due to viruses, worms, spyware, or other similar issues during your connection to our website. Please ensure that you have up-to-date anti-virus programs, firewalls, and other computer protection software.

INVOICE ISSUANCE

Regardless of the payment method, you have the option to request either a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, provided they fill in the following details during their order: company name, VAT number, tax office, and profession for freelancers. Please check the accuracy of the billing details before completing your order. If you wish to verify the accuracy of your billing details, please visit the "MY ACCOUNT" section on our website once logged in.

It is prohibited to collect the order by a third party unless the buyer authorizes a third party in writing. In the case of written authorization, the authorized person must present the aforementioned documents to complete the delivery of products purchased with a credit card.

RETURNS

Diverse Clothing's aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, you have the right of withdrawal, which is described in detail below.

Right of Withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can withdraw and return the products at your own expense, provided you follow the procedure outlined below:

  1. You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within a strict deadline of 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the products.

  2. Within the above deadline, you must inform the company in writing (NIKOLIS ABEE, located in Thessaloniki, at 26th October 35, 54627, Thessaloniki, tel. +30 2310520506, Fax: +30 2310 525323, e-mail: info@brokersjeans.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a clear withdrawal statement. You must also inform us in writing about all necessary information regarding the bank account where the money for the returned purchase will be credited if you paid by cash on delivery.

  3. If you submit your withdrawal statement electronically, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your statement without delay.

  4. Within 14 days from the day of sending – in any way – your withdrawal statement to Diverse Clothing, you must return the products. This deadline is considered to be met if you send the products back before it expires (14 days).

  5. The costs of returning the products are borne by you, as well as the responsibility in case of loss or damage during transportation.

  6. If you wish to use the courier service GENIKI TACHYDOMIKI, which we collaborate with and which delivered your order, the return costs will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you. Contact GENIKI TACHYDOMIKI for the collection of the returned products (tel.: +30 2310502790), stating that the cost for the return of your purchase will be charged to Brokersjeans.

  7. However, we reserve the right to delay the refund until we receive the products back and check their condition, which must be excellent, just as it was at the time of shipment and as described below in paragraphs 9, 10, 11.

  8. Upon receipt of the returned products, Diverse Clothing will inspect their condition. The returned products must be unused (apart from trying them on to confirm the correct size) and in excellent condition as you received them, including their packaging materials and special labels (tags). The quality of the packaging of the product is your responsibility.

  9. You bear the responsibility for any reduction in the value of the products that may result from improper handling on your part.

  10. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled items, which we objectively assess at Brokersjeans to have been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  11. Upon receipt of the package, check it carefully to ensure that it is in excellent condition. If you notice any signs of damage during transport, please send us an email at info@brokersjeans.com or call us at +30 2310520506, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

If the above procedure and terms are followed, Diverse Clothing will approve the return of the products, and you will be refunded the value of the products. This amount may be reduced by the return shipping costs according to term 7 and will be refunded according to your payment method. The procedure follows in the section "Refunds."

Return of Incorrect or Defective Products

In the event that you receive a defective product or there was an error in the execution of your order, such as sending the wrong code, size, etc., compared to what you ordered, you have the right to request its return by sending us an email at info@brokersjeans.com, or calling +30 2310520506, Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Upon receipt of the returned product, Diverse Clothing will inspect its condition and verify the defect or error in executing the order.

For the return of the product(s) to be accepted, it must be unused (except for trying it on to confirm the correct size) and in the condition in which you received it, including the packaging materials and special labels (tags). After the above check, and if there is a verified defect or error, Diverse Clothing will approve the return.

You will not be charged for shipping costs for the return of the product, and the return shipping costs will be borne by Diverse Clothing, but you must return it with the courier service GENIKI TACHYDOMIKI, with which we collaborate. You will call +30 2310502790 and request the collection of your returned order, with the charge to Diverse Clothing.

If you wish to replace it with another product, you must place a new order, for which you will not be charged for shipping. There is always the possibility that if you wish to have the item you initially ordered in a different size or color, it may be out of stock.

If you do not wish to replace the product or this is not possible due to unavailability of the product, we will refund its value. This amount will be refunded according to your payment method. The exact procedure follows in the next section "Refunds."

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, the process for approving the return begins. The products are checked to see if they meet the aforementioned terms and conditions.

Once the return is accepted, you will be notified by email regarding the refund of your money according to your original payment method.

The company proceeds with the refund as provided above, using the same payment methods as those you used in your original transaction.

Returns for Cash on Delivery Payment

The return of your money will be made to the bank account number you provide us in the email requesting the return at info@brokersjeans.com. You must also provide us with the name of the bank, the name of the account holder, and the IBAN code. You can find this information on your account statement or request it from your bank. You can check the credit of the amount in your online banking account or by contacting your bank.

Returns for Card Payment

Upon acceptance of your order return, the process for returning your money proceeds, which is done by crediting the amount to your card.

PRIVACY POLICY

Copyrights

Except for specific third-party rights (intellectual and others), all content contained on the websites (including but not limited to: trademarks, distinctive signs, photos, texts, and all files in general) is the intellectual and industrial property of Diverse Clothing and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, EU, and international law.

This content cannot be fully or partially subject to trade, copying, modification, reproduction, retransmission, or distributed in any way by any user.

Each user is entitled to store a single copy of part of the content of the websites for strict personal use and without deleting the indications of its origin.

Products or services of third parties that may appear on the website pages are the intellectual and industrial property of those third parties, who bear the relevant responsibility for the content and the services or products offered.

User Obligations

Users agree and acknowledge that they will make lawful and appropriate use of the websites, subject to, among other things, the legislation concerning the transmission of data from Greece to EU Member States and third countries. Therefore, users agree that they will not use the websites to:

  • Cause harm to a minor.
  • Transmit or gain access to content that: Misleads anyone as to the origin of the content of the websites, harms in any way the reputation of Diverse Clothing or third parties, jeopardizes the security of Diverse Clothing's network, prevents any user from accessing the websites, or bypasses their identity verification by Diverse Clothing.
  • Violates any third-party rights (e.g., intellectual and industrial property rights).
  • Offends the personality of third parties (e.g., defamatory, racist).
  • Contradicts the law and moral standards.
  • Harasses in any way the private life and the individual and social rights of third parties.
  • Install and promote, in any way, any kind of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or unsolicited electronic messages (spam), chain letters, pyramid schemes, and any other form of unwanted content promotion, as well as installing and promoting advertisements without the written consent of Diverse Clothing.
  • Install, promote, or distribute content that contains digital viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
