RETURNS
Diverse Clothing's aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. However, you have the right of withdrawal, which is described in detail below.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Your return will be accepted provided that all the following conditions are met:
- The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (either online or by phone).
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, with special labels (e.g., protective covers, tags) still attached.
- The return package must include the return form and the corresponding retail receipt. Without the sales document—retail receipt, it is impossible to exchange any product or refund.
Free Return & Exchange
Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned. The return of the product is free if done through the courier company we collaborate with—Speedex. Our company covers the costs of the first return as well as the reshipping. In case of a second return, you will be charged €8 for the shipping costs (both return and reshipping). For exchanges or returns from Cyprus or abroad, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The exchange process is as follows:
- Fill out the return form and send it to us along with your package. Alternatively, contact us at +30 2310520506 or email us at dvrsclothingshop@gmail.com with the product code of the item you wish to receive in exchange, and we will inform you about its availability.
- Call Speedex at 801 11000 11 and send us the package with recipient charges *(If you send it with another courier company, the shipping costs will be at your expense).

Once we receive it, the exchange will be completed within 10 working days (due to the workload of courier companies). In case of products of higher value, the difference will be charged to the customer.
Refunds
If you wish to request a refund, the shipping costs for the product will be at your expense—that is, the customer's. Alternatively, you can send us the package with Speedex with charges to our company, and €8 will be deducted from the original value of the product for the refund. In the return form, you should mention the reason for the return as well as the IBAN, the bank, and the name of the account holder. A necessary condition is that the bank account is in the name of the person who placed the order and received the receipt. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and is verified to be in its original condition, we will deposit the refund amount into the account you provided within 10 working days from the day we receive your return. Any bank fees or charges that may arise are solely the customer's responsibility concerning their bank.
